Overview
We are committed to delivering high-quality, unique scripts and YMAPs designed to enhance and support immersive RedM roleplay experiences. All products are tested on live servers with real players and undergo validation to identify exploits, abuse vectors, and potential bypasses of protection layers prior to release.
Supported Frameworks & Dependencies
Our primary supported framework is RSG-Core. All non-standalone scripts are developed and tested against the latest stable versions of RSG-Core unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Some products are explicitly marked as Standalone and do not require a specific framework. Compatibility with modified frameworks, forks, heavily customized cores, or unsupported third-party dependencies is not guaranteed.
Sales Policy & Product Scope
All products are sold as seen. We aim to provide post-purchase support to ensure you can successfully use your purchase; however, support is limited to:
Installation and setup assistance
Compatibility updates with supported framework versions
Bug fixes for verified issues
Support does not include:
Custom feature development
Script rewrites or structural changes
Integration into heavily modified or unsupported environments
Digital Goods & Refund Policy
All products sold on this store are digital goods. As such, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We strongly recommend testing scripts and YMAPs on our DEV/TEST server prior to purchase if you are unsure whether a product meets your requirements or expectations.
Licensing & Usage Rights
All purchases grant a non-transferable license for use on your server or community only. Licensing is tied to the purchasing Tebex account unless otherwise stated.
You are not permitted to:
Resell, redistribute, or share any product
Claim our work as your own
Distribute modified versions of our products
Products sold as Open Source are provided for personal modification and development convenience only. Open Source products may not be resold, redistributed, or released by third parties in any form.
Update Policy
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, future updates required for framework compatibility or bug fixes are included at no additional cost.
Major rewrites, optional enhancements, or feature expansions may be released as separate products or paid upgrades.
Support Availability & Response Times
Support is provided through our official support channels only.
While we strive to respond as quickly as possible, support response times may vary depending on workload and complexity. Typical response times are within 24–72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support is considered a violation of our sales terms.
We reserve the right to:
Revoke access to purchased products
Terminate support services
Blacklist the customer from future purchases
Acceptance of Terms
